Pat originates from Victoria, BC, and moved to the Seattle area to play hockey for the Seattle Breakers in the early 1980’s. He went on to be an assistant coach for the Seattle Thunderbirds and was Coach/General Manager for the Surrey Eagles, in Vancouver, BC. Pat’s people skills and natural selling ability led him to his real estate career with John L. Scott. Pat focuses on the resale side of Dean's team. He has vast experience in dealing with the resale of foreclosed properties as well as regular real estate, vacant land, condominiums, leasing, and commercial properties. Pat’s integrity, work ethic, and attention to detail are why he is ranked in the Top 1% of the company, and won the President’s Elite awards in 1999-06. He shares his successful attitude through various charitable contributions, as well as volunteer coach and board member of The Sno-King Amateur Hockey Association. He is also part owner in The Seattle Thunderbirds Hockey Club. |

Originally from upstate New York, Michael is a graduate from the University of Hawaiī. He has over 8 years of experience in foreclosures and has over 11 years in the sales and service industry. Michael has extensive knowledge in all areas of real estate and was awarded the Presidents Club Designation for 2001-2006. Michael’s understanding of the entire foreclosure process has lead to the overseeing and training of new investors. Michael is active in the foreclosure process on a daily basis by either helping to conduct the weekly meetings or supervising the foreclosure sales on Friday. He also has extensive knowledge in the area of H.U.D. and V.A. purchasing. With the handling of hundreds of transactions yearly, Michael is well qualified to meet your real estate needs.
